These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of The Neatify Team – Customer App (“App”).
By accessing or using the App, and by placing a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About The Neatify Team
The Neatify Team directly provides home and on-site services through its trained and verified service staff.
All services booked through the App are performed by employees or authorized personnel of The Neatify Team.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to use the App and book services.
- By using the App, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Bookings & Service Availability
- All bookings are subject to service availability and confirmation.
- The displayed service time represents an estimated arrival window, not a guaranteed exact time.
- Service delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen operational reasons.
4. Service Execution & OTP Verification
- Services are executed using a Start OTP and End OTP system for transparency and verification.
- The service begins only after the customer shares the Start OTP with the service staff.
- The service is marked as completed only after the customer provides the End OTP.
- Customers are responsible for sharing OTPs only with authorized Neatify Team staff present at the service location.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Ensure the service location is safe, accessible, and suitable for service execution

- Fragile items
- Pets
- Restricted areas
- Known issues at the location
Failure to disclose relevant information may affect service quality or completion.
6. Pricing & Additional Work
- Prices shown apply only to the selected service.

- Will be performed only after customer approval
- May result in additional charges
- Service duration and pricing are based on standard conditions and may vary if extra work is required.
7. Payments & Refunds
- Payments must be made through the App using the available payment methods.
- Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are handled according to The Neatify Team’s refund and cancellation policy, which the customer must accept before placing a booking.
- Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the applicable timeline.
8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be done within the allowed time window shown in the App.
- Late cancellations may attract cancellation charges as per the applicable policy.
9. Service Quality & Liability
Service Guarantee:
The Neatify Team strives to provide high-quality services through trained and verified staff.
If you are dissatisfied with a service, you must report the issue within 24 hours of service completion through the App or support channels.
Limitation of Liability:
While we take reasonable care to prevent damages, The Neatify Team’s total liability for any proven loss or damage caused by our service staff shall be strictly limited to up to three (3) times the value of the booked service.
Exclusions:
We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damages
- Normal wear and tear
- Items not disclosed as fragile, valuable, or sensitive prior to service
- Loss or damage resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer
Theft or Missing Item Claims:
Any claims regarding missing items must be reported immediately after service completion.
Such claims will be subject to internal investigation and may require police verification where applicable.
10. Account Suspension & Termination
The Neatify Team reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts in cases of:
- Fraudulent activity
- Fake or abusive bookings
- Misuse of the App
- Abusive behavior toward staff
- Violation of these Terms
- Inappropriate, abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward The Neatify Team’s service professionals
Such actions may be taken without prior notice where necessary.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, text, images, and intellectual property associated with the App belong exclusively to The Neatify Team.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
12. Changes to These Terms
The Neatify Team may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

This Account Deletion Policy explains how users of The Neatify Team – Customer App can delete their account and what happens to their data after deletion.
1. How to Delete Your Account
You have two ways to request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
Option A: In-App Deletion (Instant)
- Open The Neatify Team – Customer App
- Go to Profile
- Select Delete Account
- Confirm your request
Once confirmed, your account deletion request is processed automatically.
Option B: Web / Email Request (If You Cannot Access the App)
If you have uninstalled the App, lost access to your device, or cannot log in, you can request account deletion by contacting us via email.

2. What Data Is Deleted
When you delete your account, the following personal information is permanently removed from our systems:

- Mobile number
- Email address
- Saved addresses / service locations

After deletion, you will no longer be able to log in or access your account.
3. What Data Is Retained
For legal, accounting, and compliance purposes, certain information is retained in anonymized or restricted form, including:
- Past service booking records
- Service completion history
- Payment and transaction records
These records are retained without active personal identifiers and are used only for:
- Financial compliance

4. Effect on Active or Upcoming Bookings
- Account deletion is allowed only when there are no active or ongoing services
- Any pending bookings must be completed or cancelled before deletion

6. Irreversibility of Deletion
