The Terms and Conditions operate as a binding and enforceable legal contract between The Neatify Services (OPC) Private Limited and the user of The Neatify Team. By downloading, accessing, or using THE NEATIFY TEAM mobile application / website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app / website.

THE NEATIFY TEAM operated by The Neatify Services (OPC) Private Limited at present having registered office at the address _________ is a service provider that has developed an on-demand cleaning service platform that connects users with professional cleaning service providers for residential and commercial cleaning services. THE NEATIFY TEAM enables businesses to effortlessly provide housekeeping services to the users including general cleaning of premises, laundry assistance, bathroom and kitchen assistance among others.

The platform is operated through a mobile application / website and seeks to deliver business solutions to users based on their subscription packages. The installation and use by the user of the NEATIFY TEAM mobile Application / website / platform is bound by certain terms and conditions which are listed below. The said terms & conditions mentioned below is a legally binding and enforceable contract between THE NEATIFY TEAM and users. You (users) agree that by availing the services through website / mobile application / platform and by enrolling in the services offered by THE NEATIFY TEAM, the users are voluntarily accepting to be bound by the below terms and conditions.

The website / mobile Application / platform is originally created by or on behalf of The Neatify Services (OPC) Private Limited and is owned and operated by them. Please read the below terms & conditions before enrolling in the services offered by THE NEATIFY TEAM. As remarked above, availing of services offered by THE NEATIFY TEAM is voluntary and access / downloading of the app / website shall be deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions mentioned herein.

THE NEATIFY TEAM reserves and is entitled to change or modify these Terms & Conditions / Privacy Policy or any other policy or guideline of the Website / mobile Application / platform at any time and in its sole discretion. Any change in these Terms & Conditions / Privacy Policy or any other policy or guideline will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions on the Website / mobile Application / platform. The continued use of the Website / mobile Application / platform will confirm the users acceptance of such changes or modifications.

The below mentioned Terms and Conditions are in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011.

1. Services

THE NEATIFY TEAM is an on demand cleaning service platform that connects users with professional cleaning service providers for residential and commercial cleaning services. THE NEATIFY TEAM liaisons with third parties who register with them to render the said services. THE NEATIFY TEAM is a platform that enables users to arrange and schedule different services for housekeeping with independent third-party service providers. The Neatify Team serves as a facilitator for Users to connect with the Experts registered with The Neatify Team in order to avail cleaning Services offered by the third parties and to collect payment on behalf of them for the services rendered.

2. Registration Process

The user would be able to avail services only upon registration by providing correct verification details. The user undertakes to provide accurate information such as name, address & phone number, geographical location, email id. The user agrees that they are of an age which makes them eligible to enter into valid contracts under the Indian Contracts Act, 1872. The user agrees that THE NEATIFY TEAM will not be liable for any incorrect information provided by them. The user undertakes to notify and inform THE NEATIFY TEAM of any change in the information provided. The user acknowledges that THE NEATIFY TEAM has not verified the information provided by the user and as such the user is solely responsible for any such misrepresentation. The user also undertakes and agrees that THE NEATIFY TEAM shall not be liable in any manner for the illegality or misrepresentation of any information that has been provided by the user. If in future at any time THE NEATIFY TEAM finds that the information provided by the user is inaccurate or fabricated, THE NEATIFY TEAM has the right to disable the said account with immediate effect.

The user agrees that THE NEATIFY TEAM has the right to terminate or restrict access to the website or suspend the user at any time without according any reasons for doing so.

3. Representation by the User

To access the services provided by THE NEATIFY TEAM, the user must create an Account by completing the registration process.

By registering to avail the services the user represents that:

1. The user is of 18 years of age and;
2. The information which is provided is true and that the user had not misrepresented any information.

The user expressly agrees and undertakes that THE NEATIFY TEAM at any time can suspend or terminate the account and refuse any and all current or further use of the Platform and all its services if it is determined or have reason to believe that any information provided by the user is untrue or inaccurate. Please note that it is the user’s responsibility to keep the user name and password safe. THE NEATIFY TEAM shall not be responsible for unauthorized access to or alteration of the data. It is agreed that the username and password are personal and under no circumstances may the user allow any other person to use the username and/or password. THE NEATIFY TEAM shall not be liable for any harm caused or related to the theft or misappropriation of any users personal as well as business details, including username and/or password, disclosure of username and/or password, or authorization of anyone else to use the username and/or password. The users are responsible for all the legal information provided for the registration of their accounts on THE NEATIFY TEAM.

The user agrees that THE NEATIFY TEAM does not have any responsibility or liability in respect of any communication between the user and any third party websites visited by the user through The Neatify Team.

4. Responsibilities of the Users

The user understands and undertakes that:

• THE NEATIFY TEAM collects personal information—including the ones provided voluntarily by the users and the ones that are collected by them via cookies, while users visit the website.
• The user understands that THE NEATIFY TEAM uses third parties to provide services and merely acts as a facilitator between the two parties.
• If the user visits any third party website or any affiliated links from THE NEATIFY TEAM website / mobile Application, they are governed by the terms and conditions and privacy policy of such third party website and any act or omission done by the users while accessing those websites are not binding upon THE NEATIFY TEAM.
• The services provided by THE NEATIFY TEAM are based on the information submitted by the users and THE NEATIFY TEAM is not liable for any misinformation of the users so provided.
• The users understand that the data so collected by THE NEATIFY TEAM shall not be disclosed to any third party in excess of what is necessary and needed for legal compliance with the law of the land.
• The users shall comply with all necessary laws, wherever applicable.
• The user undertakes not to use the website / mobile Application / platform or any material for any purpose other than what is specifically mentioned herein. The user further undertakes not to commit anything that is unlawful, illegal or prohibited or other activity which infringes the rights / Intellectual Property Right of THE NEATIFY TEAM / third party websites or other third parties;
• The users undertake to provide basic needs for the cleaning persons hired through THE NEATIFY TEAM like water and workable atmosphere.
• The users undertake not to discriminate or act in a manner that shall be deemed to be bordering on harassment of the cleaning persons.
• Users understand the safety of their valuables in the house is their sole responsibility and THE NEATIFY TEAM is not liable for any loss or damage to the valuables in the service location.

5. Confidentiality and User Personal Data

When the user avails any service, THE NEATIFY TEAM will be notified of the details of the users not limited to name, location, address and phone number. The user agrees that user information or any other information relating to use of the services may contain confidential and personal information. The user agrees and undertakes that such information will remain the sole property of THE NEATIFY TEAM and will be shared with third parties to aid in rendering of the services.

The user acknowledges and agrees that in very rare instances, security protocols could fail, causing a breach of privacy causing data breach including card details, user’s personal information and the like. THE NEATIFY TEAM shall take utmost care towards protecting the users confidential and sensitive information from reaching the hands of unscrupulous third parties.

In the unfortunate event of any content of the website / platform is defamatory, obscene, pornographic illegal or blasphemous, racist or harassing, kindly notify THE NEATIFY TEAM immediately. THE NEATIFY TEAM shall take reasonable endeavors to take down the objectionable content within a reasonable time.

6. Fee & Payment

The fee for the said services availed by the user need to be paid in full through acceptable payment methods. The payment method for users paying online is through third party gateways and THE NEATIFY TEAM does not collect, store UPI or any bank/card details.

7. Return & Refund

Requests for refund are generally not entertained by THE NEATIFY TEAM. A full refund is processed if the services are cancelled by the user six hours prior to the allotted slot. In the event of cancellation of services within the six hour window, a cancellation charge of Rs. 99 (Rupees ninety nine) is made to the user towards platform charge before the refund amount is processed. The refund amount, if deemed appropriate by THE NEATIFY TEAM shall be credited to the original payment source within 7 working days.

THE NEATIFY TEAM may credit any amount back to the source of payment in the only event THE NEATIFY TEAM is convinced of the bonafides of the refund request. Users shall be provided with an option of either placing a different order for an equivalent amount or more or request for refund of the amount to the source of payment. The decision to process refund request shall remain the absolute discretion of THE NEATIFY TEAM. In case of initiating a refund, the user shall initiate the process for return or refund of the products in accordance with the policy laid down in respect of refunds and returns.

Refund Requests shall not be entertained after the service has begun or has been completed unless there was apparent deficiency of service on the part of the cleaning persons and the same shall be considered on a case-to-case basis if the refund requests are made within twenty four (24) hours of such service.

Returns shall not be entertained for any other purposes except as expressly laid down in the Terms and Conditions.

8. Intellectual Property

The user undertakes that using the Services does not give them ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Services or the contents they access. The Contents of the Application / website / platform and all other intellectual properties used in the platform are owned by THE NEATIFY TEAM. The Trade Marks and all other intellectual properties belong to THE NEATIFY TEAM. By allowing access to the user or any third party does not convey any ownership rights of the platform. The user shall not copy, modify, translate, distribute, reproduce or reverse engineer any content of the platform.

9. Indemnification

The user agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless THE NEATIFY TEAM and any of their respective officers, Executives, directors, employees, agents and representatives from any and all claims arising out of the users’ breach of any of these terms and conditions. The indemnification obligation under these Terms & Conditions will survive the termination of the account or use of the Platform. The user agrees not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, create derivative works of the Software nor attempt to locate or obtain its source code.

The user agrees that at certain times technology Platforms are susceptible for glitches and issues and hence, as a result if any transaction/trade order / payment doesn’t get processed, as expected, THE NEATIFY TEAM cannot be held responsible.

Further, the user agrees to hold THE NEATIFY TEAM harmless against any claims made by any third party due the use of the platform, any claim that the users material caused damage to a third party, the users’ violation of the Terms, or the users’ violation of any rights of another, including any intellectual property rights.

10. Warranty and Liabilities

The user agrees and undertakes that the platform does not provide any warranty implied or otherwise. Also to the maximum extent permitted by Law, THE NEATIFY TEAM shall not have any liability whatsoever in respect of any transactions carried on between the users and third party websites the users access as external links. THE NEATIFY TEAM also disclaims any liability in respect of misuse, loss, modification or unavailability of any user content. The user understands and agrees that any data downloaded obtained through the platform, is done entirely at their own discretion and risk and they will be solely responsible for any damage to their computer systems or loss of data that results from the download of such material or data.

The parties agree and understand that THE NEATIFY TEAM shall not be responsible for any indirect or inconsequential damages.

Any liability borne by THE NEATIFY TEAM shall not exceed the total value of services availed by the user for that particular booking and any pre-existing damages shall be excluded from the liability of THE NEATIFY TEAM.

Any complaints or concerns and reviews raised by the users relating to the services provided shall be addressed at the earliest provided they are reported within 24 hours of completion of the service request. Due process would be followed and the remedies include full or partial refund of the amount paid, re-booking of service or rejection of the claims after verification with the concerned cleaning persons.

11. Damages

The user agrees that any infringement or any violation of these Terms and Conditions will cause irreparable loss and damage to THE NEATIFY TEAM and as such will constitute an unlawful and unfair business practice for which damages in monetary form would be inadequate. As a result, the user agrees and undertakes and provides rights to THE NEATIFY TEAM to obtain any injunctive or equitable relief that they deem necessary or appropriate in such circumstances. These remedies are in addition to any other remedies that THE NEATIFY TEAM may have at law or in equity. If any legal action against the user as a result of the violation of these Terms and Conditions, THE NEATIFY TEAM is entitled to recover from the user and in addition the user shall be liable to pay all reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs of such action, in addition to any other relief that may be granted.

12. Termination

These Terms and conditions will commence on the date when the user registers on the platform of THE NEATIFY TEAM. The same shall continue to subsist until the termination of this agreement by both the parties.

These Terms and conditions will apply until terminated by either of the parties. In case the user wishes to terminate this arrangement, the user may not visit the platform or close all the services where available to do so. The user agrees that THE NEATIFY TEAM is at free will to terminate the users account in the event of any breach of the terms of this Privacy Policy, or the services previously provided are no longer available. THE NEATIFY TEAM is also at liberty to suspend or terminate the accounts in the event of misuse, fraud, misrepresentation or a violation of the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

13. Amendments

The user agrees that THE NEATIFY TEAM can at any time have the right to modify or amend these Terms and conditions without any requirement to notify the user of the same. The last updated ‘terms and conditions’ shall always be updated in the platform along with the last updated date. The user shall be responsible to check if there is any update to the said Terms and Conditions. The users’ acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions shall signify consent to such changes and agreement to be legally bound by the same.

14. Severability

If it turns out that a particular term is not enforceable, this will not affect any other terms.

15. Notices

Notices or letters or any communication shall be sent to the registered email id on the platform. Sending of an email to the correct email address shall have the same effect and rights as a physical notice. It shall be the users responsibility to check emails.

16. Force Majeure

Failure to do any act or duty shall not constitute default hereunder if and to the extent caused by force majeure, which is defined to be occurrences beyond the reasonable control of such party committing default, including and limited to acts of the government authorities, acts of God, fire, flood, explosion, riots, war, labour strikes, sabotage, rebellion, insurrection, epidemic, pandemics or similar outbreak. However, the user has to immediately notify such reason to THE NEATIFY TEAM at the earliest. Failure to notify of the same would result in suspension / termination or any other action as deemed fit.

17. Remedies

The User agrees and acknowledge that damages in the form of monetary compensation may be an inadequate remedy for breach or threatened breach of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and as a result user agrees that in the event of a breach of any provisions of these Terms and Conditions by the user, the rights of THE NEATIFY TEAM in addition to any and all other rights and remedies that may be available to THE NEATIFY TEAM in respect of such breach, shall be enforceable by specific performance, injunctive remedy or any other remedy available in any court of competent jurisdiction.

18. Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of this terms & conditions shall be exclusively filed at the Court at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

19. Applicable Law

The Applicable Law in relation to any dispute arising will be the Laws of India.

20. Arbitration

In the event of any dispute between the parties arising out of or in relation to this terms and conditions, the same shall be referred to an Independent Arbitrator which has the exclusive jurisdiction to resolve the dispute. The arbitration will be governed by laws of India at the time being in force. The arbitration proceedings shall be constructed in English language and shall take place in the city of Hyderabad. The fee of the Arbitrator shall be equally borne by the parties.

This Account Deletion Policy explains how users of The Neatify Team – Customer App can delete their account and what happens to their data after deletion.

1. How to Delete Your Account

You have two ways to request deletion of your account and associated personal data.

Option A: In-App Deletion (Instant)

1. Open The Neatify Team – Customer App
2. Go to Profile
3. Select Delete Account
4. Confirm your request

Once confirmed, your account deletion request is processed automatically.

Option B: Web / Email Request (If You Cannot Access the App)

If you have uninstalled the App, lost access to your device, or cannot log in, you can request account deletion by contacting us via email.

2. What Data Is Deleted

When you delete your account, the following personal information is permanently removed from our systems:

• Name
• Mobile number
• Email address
• Saved addresses / service locations
• Profile-related personal data

After deletion, you will no longer be able to log in or access your account.

3. What Data Is Retained

For legal, accounting, and compliance purposes, certain information is retained in anonymized or restricted form, including:

• Past service booking records
• Service completion history
• Payment and transaction records

These records are retained without active personal identifiers and are used only for:

• Financial compliance
• Dispute resolution
• Legal and audit requirements

4. Effect on Active or Upcoming Bookings

• Account deletion is allowed only when there are no active or ongoing services
• Any pending bookings must be completed or cancelled before deletion

5. Processing Time

• Account deletion is processed immediately after confirmation
• Any residual backend data required for legal purposes is retained securely and is not accessible for marketing or communication

6. Irreversibility of Deletion

Once an account is deleted:

• The action cannot be undone
• Deleted personal data cannot be recovered
• A new account must be created to use the App again
